September 4, 2021 Pittsburgh PA Pittsburgh Wedding Photographer
Erica and Nathan were one of the most easy going couples that I've had the pleasure of working with. I had photographed their engagement session almost a year to the day before their wedding day. Their engagement session took place on the north shore of Pittsburgh. I remember they told me that they didn't think they were very good at posing for photos. I asked them to just be themselves and let me capture the moments. They absolutely rocked their session!!!
When it came to their wedding day, we treated it exactly the same. I photographed their "First Look" on the steps of the South Shore Riverfront Park. We planned out the time before their ceremony very carefully, so after the First Look, we all hopped in my car and drove to several locations around Pittsburgh before arriving at Phipps for their ceremony.
The reception followed at The Hofbrauhaus on the south side of Pittsburgh. It was an amazing day and I know Erica and Nathan had the time of their lives!
Keeping A Large Wedding Simple
Having a larger wedding doesn't have be overwhelming. Erica and Nathan are one of the most relaxed couples I've had the pleasure of working with. The chose two wonderful locations, in Phipps Conservatory and The Hofbrauhaus, for their ceremony and reception.
The ceremony was simple and took place in the outdoor garden. And the reception was a fantastic party in the German themed restaurant, polka band included.
