The Senior Experience

A little about your portrait session…

For your portrait session, have fun and be yourself. If you’re on a sports team, a cheerleader, or in the band, feel free to bring along something from what interests you to be a part of your session. I want your session to be relaxed and for it to be about you!

I’ll be happy to talk to you about locations that you might like to use for your session. When thinking about what to wear for your photos, I recommend wearing something that speaks of your personality and that you are comfortable in. Choose colors that won’t blend in with the background of the location you select. I bring along to your session a portable changing room. This will save you time from running back to your car to change outfits. 

The Senior Gallery

I offer two types of sessions for you to choose which one better fits what you are looking for.

Digital file Session - Up to 2 hours: for those wanting digital files that they can print themselves.   $550 + 6% tax

  • 50 edited photo images (Photographer’s Choice) will be posted to an online gallery 3-4 weeks after your session for viewing and sharing with family and friends. Print purchasing options are available through the online gallery.
  • Edited digital files (jpegs) will be delivered via Google Drive folder or a DropBox folder, along with a release to print, so you may print as many as you want, wherever you want. There is a $40 + tax fee if you wish to have your digital files sent to you on a USB Flash Drive. Additional USB Flash Drives are $65 + tax. *Fred Vero Photography cannot guarantee print quality of labs outside of the labs Fred Vero Photography uses.)
  • Print items not listed on the gallery may be ordered Fred Vero Photography directly by phone or email.

Print Session – Up to 90 minutes: For those looking for wall art, prints for framing, wallet size prints for sharing, albums, etc.    $350 + tax

  • 3 – 4 weeks after your session, I’ll contact you that your photos are ready for viewing. We’ll arrange a date and time to meet in person for your reveal and to place your order for prints. I generally like to meet at someplace relaxed like a Panera or Starbucks. Your photos will have been edited for color corrections, light adjustments, and limited black and white images. At your reveal, you and your family will select what print items you would like to order. The images you select will be then touched up for cosmetic touch-ups. Most people will spend between $500 - $1000. This package includes a $200 print credit. Photos for print sessions are not posted to an online gallery. Clients are not permitted to photograph images with cameras or phones during the reveal. Clients may set up additional reveals at $75 for up to a 90 minute session.
  • Shipping and handling fees for your initial order are included with your package and will be shipped to a single address. Any follow-up orders are subject to additional S&H fees.

** FRED VERO PHOTOGRAPHY MAINTAINS FULL COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP OF ALL IMAGES TAKEN DURING THE PORTRAIT SESSION **

Additional Time can be added to either package at $100 + tax per hour

Additional mileage beyond 40 total miles at 58 cents per mile.

Balance of package is due at time of session before sessions begins. Payments are to be made by check or cash.

A signed contract and model release are required for each senior.

 

Both packages require a Non-Refundable retainer of $200 to secure your date. The balance of the package you select is due at the beginning of the photo session. 

Regardless of the package you choose, you options are not limited to only prints or only digital files. If you choose the Print Session and later decide you would like digital files, they are available for purchase. As well, if you choose the Digital Session, print selections are still available.

 

Fall, late summer, and spring are always busy times for portrait sessions, not only for senior portraits, but for weddings and engagement sessions as well. I recommend reserving your date as soon as possible for your personal portrait session.
