When selling a house or commercial property, the first impression is always the images that are viewed online. These are the images that help bring that buyer to your front door for either an open house or a scheduled tour with a real estate agent. Too often, these images are captured using a cell phone and never bring that potential buyer to your property to take that first step in viewing the property in person. Poorly taken photographs of your property will never excite the buyer to make that call to see your property.

I believe that the photographs of your home should be inviting to that potential buyer and allow them to visualize themselves living in that home, cooking dinner in that kitchen, relaxing in the family room, or entertaining friends and guests in the dining room.
