I've been asked numerous times how much do I enjoy photographing weddings. Well, the answer is really simple. A wedding day is an incredible day, and the feeling of photographing a wedding is extremely gratifying. For me, as the photographer, I understand that how I view the day through the lens of a camera is what will be preserved. These images tell the story of a great day. I haven't seen a wedding yet where some little thing didn't go exactly as the couple had planned. I always impress upon my couples that a wedding day goes by way to fast. Enjoy every moment of it. I know I do!

A wedding day is an absolutely incredible day, there is so much excitement and energy happening, the day is electric! From the moment I get to first meet with a couple, I'm absolutely looking forward to their big day. I love talking with a bride and groom about their plans for their big day. When we talk about the timeline for their day and the details, having the experience of photographing many weddings,  I'm able to give a little insight that is helpful . So many times I've heard couples say, "Gee, we hadn't even thought of that." So, if I can help with some suggestions along the way, I am more than happy to help. It's incredibly exciting to see everything come together. It really is a great day!

The way I approach photographing a wedding is by documenting the events of the day when they happen, and as it happens, a storybook in third person. I believe that your wedding photographs should have a mix of strikingly simple to classic elegance, with a little power passion thrown in. I love to capture these special moments of your big day, so that years from now when you look back, it will seem like it is happening all over again. These memories are here to stay!

This year, I have been entered into "The Knot Best of Weddings Hall of Fame"! I absolutely LOVE what I do and to have been entered into the Hall of Fame is incredible special!

I have been awarded "The Knot Best of Weddings 2024". This award is a great honor for me and I am truly proud to be the recipient. I was also previously awarded "The Knot Best of Weddings" in 2023, 2021, 2020, 2018" and was previously chosen "Editors Pick - The Knot Best of Weddings". My wedding photography has also been published in Whirl Magazine.
